Refund policy
As all items are custom made upon placing your order, we are not able to provide a refund for change of mind or wrong size chosen.
In the event that a print or frame has been damaged on its way to you, email us at jodee.friday@gmail.com within 24 hours upon receipt of goods so that we can discuss a plan of action. Please include a photograph and clear explanation of what has occurred and we will arrange a replacement if the responsibility is soley with the courier company.
Wild & Fleeting will not be responsible if the goods were damaged by the client in the process of opening the package, or if the claim is made past the 24 hour period of receiving the goods.
By placing an order with Wild & Fleeting you are hereby agreeing that you understand and accept all of the above.
